The Process
Our process is a labor of love from the moment ripe coffee cherries are delivered to the washing station. These cherries are promptly de-pulped, undergo an overnight fermentation, and are thoroughly washed before a refreshing soak for up to 16 hours. Following a final rinse, the coffee graces raised beds, where it basks in the sun until it reaches the perfect moisture content.
