Rich, Complex Flavor Profile
To ensure we preserve every bit of this distinct flavor, we’ve carefully used the “one pour” extraction method and roasted the beans with minimal exposure to air, following a process akin to Brazilian beans.
The Process
The “honey process” is a method where fresh coffee cherries are de-pulped and then left to dry without washing.
Less Water Usage
Allowing the fruit to dry directly on the bean means it can be mechanically removed during milling, eliminating the need for the traditional washing process commonly associated with coffee production.
